Shipping

Refer to product descriptions for time to ship. All orders ship within 5-7 business days after order has been processed via either UPS or FedEx. Most items are delivered within 7-10 days once an item has shipped. At this time, we only sell and ship to customers in the United States.

For delayed or back ordered items, you will be notified via email.

All items will be delivered to the location established by UPS or FedEx. The buyer is responsible verifying items can successfully navigate all openings, building obstacles, and obstructions to the buyer's location of choice. 

You will be notified via email with tracking information once items have shipped.

All orders are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%.

Returns

Items not eligible for returns:

  • Customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Furniture 
  • Made to order and special order items - refer to the product description.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Original shipping charges

Return process:

  • Contact us at returns@shop-boop.com withing 15 days of receipt of item for return approval. Once approved, a return authorization will be provided via email. Ensure the return authorization is included with the item and the return authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box when shipping the item for return. 
  • Items must be received within 15 days of return authorization to be elligilbe for a refund.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all items.
